Sharon Richards Company Founder and Owner Manager
Born and raised in Nottingham Sharon is a fluent English speaker with good Spanish, a Mother of Jamie, Danny and Emma. Very Proud Grandmother of 8. Moved to Spain in 2004 to make a better life for her family and decided to write a website about all the dos and don’ts of moving to Spain. Driven by her own experiences when going through the process herself, she then went on to working in relocation. However, moving with the times and needs, she decided to market the properties directly instead of relying on other agents.
Sharon is responsible for overseeing and managing everything including listings and repeat business. Coordinator of advertising, website development, new business, Marketing and day-to-day running of the company and has been for over 20 years. Now working part time getting ready to retire she is passing the legasy to her 3 children.
Jamie Richards Assistant Manager
Jamie joined the team in January 2016 when he returned to Spain permanently after returnign to the UK working and growing for 5 years. Fluent in English and Spanish. Jamie was born and raised in Nottingham until the age of 15 when he moved to Spain with his parents to start a new life. There he attended the British School of Alicante. Worked in building and garden design before and during the 5-year return to the UK, Jamie now Lives in a fabulous house in his famous Tropical Garden which he designed and created in the countryside of Albatera and we are very proud of the variety of palms he has which has caused a stir with the Spanish Botanical Association of Palms and Cyces. He lives here along with his Beautiful children, a daughter Sophia and son Lucas. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge on the design side of gardening from his work both in Spain and the UK, in addition with the new build process as well as having hands on skills and experience in the same. Responsible for day-to-day enquiries and viewings and listing properties. Jamie is also involved with managing the reforms and is a specialist in New Build Country Property design and sales. He has a passion for Garden design and, video and drones. He is our drone expert, so we have him to thank for the fabulous videos on our direct properties.
Danny Richards Assistant Manager
Danny joined the LSFL team full time in January 2018 after working for a well-known local Spanish Alarm company for several years, gaining a lot of experience not only of the area but house design and building. Danny is fluent in English and even more fluent in Spanish if that’s possible. Before joining LSFL and the alarm company, he worked together with his father in his father’s business, selling and fitting artificial grass and designing gardens. Danny has been happily married for 11 years and is the absolute perfect husband to Sonsoles, together they have a son Danny, daughter Sonsoles and 2 other sons, Leo and Pablo, who is the latest addition and "our youngest" to his beautiful family, They all live together in the beautiful family home which he found part built and which he designed and finished himself creating their lovely house in the countryside of Albatera.
Danny is fully responsible for viewings and new listings with Spanish Nationals, new business and dealing with bureaucracy for the team. He is selling both new and resale properties and is also managing reforms and specialising in New Build Country Property design and sales along with Emma and Jamie. He has an excellent knowledge of the area and if we need someone to help with something, he always seems to know someone that can help if we can’t help each other. He is a blessing!
Emma Richards Administration and Accounts Manager
Emma joined the LSFL team part time to begin with in 2015, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. She lives with her Spanish partner Dani at the coast in their beautiful newly finished house in Pilar De la Horadada which they both designed and built over several years whilst living in both San Javier and then later Pilar De la Horadada in an apartment with their delightful sons Daniel and younger brother Hugo
Emma also worked for a local Expat Newspaper after attending the University of Alicante. She had been working for them for over 4 years and was responsible for the general day to day running of the busy office. She was taking care of Spanish enquiries and advertising, new business as well as accounts.
Emma now takes care of accounts for the LSFL team as well as the day to day running of the office, also the after sales as well as new listings with builders. Emma deals with the bureaucracy that greets on a daily basis and helps and leads us with the reforms, making good decisions and works with the accountants making sure we are kept up to date with current laws and changes. I do not know where we would all be without her. Emma also keeps us all in check to make sure everything is running smoothly. I am sure everyone will agree that we are all so very grateful to Emma for the part she plays very efficiently and professionally within the company
Nathalie De Keyser Administration, Foreign Languages and Team Support
Nathalie joined the LSFL team beginning 2022. She is from Belgium, moved to Spain in December 2021 with her partner to have a different slower more relaxed life under the sun with the help of an agency that collaborated with LSFL 😊 She is fluent in Dutch, French and English with a good background of German and Spanish. With her many years of commercial sales experience in Belgium, Nathalie helps our organization with customer enquiries, translations, and client viewings when customers prefer to speak in their own language. She is very gentle and helpful with clients and has some good ideas regarding the website and always happy to help clients even out of her allotted work hours which shows her dedication to us and the business. Nathalie keeps the boys on their toes with appointments. Nathalie is not only a lovely person, but she is also a very valued member of our team and we appreciate her very much.
