The house sits at the end of a road with no through traffic in a very quiet neighbourhood. There are English Spanish and Belgium neighbours close by but the property is very private and not overlooked from any angle

Upon entry to the property there is a large tiled drive way with good access all around and a car port for 2 cars. There are 2 entrances into the house one being from the driveway into the kitchen (good access for shopping) and the other at the rear of the house into the summer room (enclosed terrace) which leads through to the living area with working fireplace. From the living room you have access to a hallway which leads to the 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom but also there are archways through to the dining room and again to the fully fitted kitchen. The house is located in a quiet position between the towns of Albatera and Crevillente and approx. 25 km from the sea. The property is just a few minutes from the town of Albatera with all its amenities which include a 24 hour health centre, well equipped gym and new indoor pool, shops and supermarkets, there is a weekly market in the town itself and schools for all ages just 5 minutes away. There is also a bus that runs through the town to the British School of Alicante. 15 minutes to Elche and 25 minutes to the airport and 30 to the coast.
