You choose the type of property yourself, traditional, modern, in Spanish style, etc ... A key-on-the-door is built and the client himself helps with the construction. Individual villas can already be built inland, namely in Pinoso from € 230,000 excluding land and this always delivered with an EPC 'B' which already complies with the legislative rule of 2020.

The villa shown is an example and has a living area of 130 m2 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and can be built anywhere. We currently have a number of homes 'under construction' which we build for our customers and always show to customers. Construction is mainly in the interior such as the Hondón valley to Aspe to further inland such as Pinoso, Salinas, Sax and Monovar. Regarding customers who want to build on the coast, they have to dig a little deeper into their money bar as the plots are more expensive. For the Costa Blanca South we have plots, especially in La Marina near Elche.

As an example: your plot is 12,000 m2, you can build 240 m2. Pay attention! Villas are built from 90 m2 and this for a price from 230,400 m2 (without land). Plots are available from € 30,000.
