Country Property - New build

This listing is to give some EXAMPLES of what you could have built to your own personal requirements on a plot of your choice. We have many plots to choose from all over the Costa Blanca ranging from sea view plots in La Marina to inland plots in the mountains and everything in between.

Together we narrow a selection of suitable areas and plots in each area to give plenty of choice and comparisons. As we are searching for the perfect plot with you we are also able draw up plans based on your ideas or pictures you have done yourself so we can give you a very approximate quote. Prices starts from 300,000 euros and this includes a plot in Pinoso with a 3 bed, 2 bath house roughly around 180m2 with a 4x8m pool. Of course we can offer cheaper prices for smaller properties and if you already have plot we can still arrange everything. The price of plots vary from area to areas and the example in Pinoso is 35,000 euros. Plots in other areas range from 35,000 anything up to 100,000 or more depending on area, views and location.

We have builds under construction at different stages to view in person in various areas and many finished builds including rustic and modern designs plus lots of happy clients we can introduce you to share their experiences.

We never build the same house twice... This is not to say we can't if you fall in love with one we show you but all our clients enjoy the design process and together we can come up with the perfect layout and design for each individual because that’s what we are all individuals with different ideas :-)

Clients can be as involved in the process as they like, we also have people building with us that live the other side of the world and with video calls and group calls clients can enjoy the process from afar knowing we are keeping track of everything.

We can start working with you straight away by looking at areas and seeing what type of plot you are looking for by using google map locations to make a visit more productive when you arrive.
