An example project can have two buildings on one plot i.e. a house and a guesthouse or garage or both:

(A) Main dwelling: the main House could have a surface area of approximately160m2. (you can have up to 200m2 on two floors if you wish so in all 400m2 of living space

On the first floor you could have a large living room, kitchen, utility room, guest bathroom, double room with walk in wardrobe, a bathroom and porch.

On the second floor, you could have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a room that can be used as a gym, office or Studio.

(B) House for guests: Optional or Garage

The price of these project includes:

-Project architect, assistance and technical licenses and building permits.

-Plot of land are minimum of 10,000 m2 but can be more depending on the area. Clients can have 2% of the footprint over 3 floors as a maximum, normally 2.

-Connection of electricity and water on the property.

-Gated, and Fencing of approxiamtely 3,000 m2 plot with electrical connection around to give any system operator to gate for access to the plot.

-Project execution time: 6-12 months 18 in some cases.

-Custom quality chosen by the client system.
