This beautiful property is oozing with quality and has many extras.

As you enter the property through new electric gates you can feel the luxury from every angle. From the entrance to very end of the plot I can promise you that, and you will not be disappointed.

I'm not really sure where to start describing the garden, it’s one of the most beautiful and well cared for gardens I have ever seen...there are so many plants, shrubs, flowers palm trees and huge mature ornamental trees, way too many to list but include, the most precious palms trees, birds of paradise, an amazing old olive tree, lemons, oranges, limes, figs apricots, grapefruits, mulberries to name but a few. In addition, there is a vegetable garden and lots of different seating areas to escape the sun in the hot summer.

There is a nice grassed and tiled relax area with another wooden pergola.

The whole garden has watering systems which can be manual or timed and electric all around and the garden is lit with electric lights which can also be timed from an electric box in the garden. The property has been fitted all with new double glazed quality windows both interior and exterior doors throughout as well as the whole house being re-rendered, re-wired and redesigned. The exterior has been covered in a modern smooth monocap finish giving it the feel of a brand-new house.
