I have valued the villa when all works completed at between 275.000€ and 300.000€. So what work needs to be undertaken? The swimming pool needs resealing and retiling. The pool would then look brand new and would be fine for the next 10 years (approx. 5000€) The villa could do with a new kitchen. A new modern or traditional style kitchen would certainly improve the appeal. Perhaps the two lounges could be combined and incorporate a dining area. Update of one of the bathrooms. General cosmetic improvements - painting and decorating. Minor landscaping. Install the 1000 mbps wifi available in the area.
